Due to structural congestion prevailing at all Ho Chi Minh terminals, Vietnam, CMA CGM has informed to implement a Port Congestion Surcharge for all export cargo from Ho Chi Minh terminals with effective date 1st September 2014.

However, based on current situation at Ho Chi Minh Ports which is slowly improving, CMA CGM has decided to cancel the Port Congestion Surcharge for export shipments until further notice.
