Bundling and extension of Europe – Middle East/India services
Dear valued client,
In the continuous process to increase the service towards our clients CSAV is pleased to inform you about the bundling and extension of our IMEX service. The three currently operated services will be replaced with only one weekly service, covering the main ports in North Europe and UK, Red Sea, Persian Gulf, Pakistan and India West Coast. In addition, this service will offer two hubs in the Mediterranean, extending our presence in this region.

- Rotterdam will be connected by barge service via Antwerp.
- The added calls at Tanger and Cagliari provide connections to and from the Mediterranean region.
- Jeddah will return as a direct port.
- The coverage of the Persian Gulf will continue with the current feeder network, giving full coverage of all littoral states.
- The Indian ports of Cochin and Tuticorin and also Colombo will continue to be offered via Mundra.
The first voyage of the new service will be the M/V “PALENA”, voyage 4247, ets Hamburg 21.11.2014.
Further extension on Europe – Middle East services
Dear valued client,
As you surely have noticed the new IMEX service does not provide a direct call to Rotterdam. In order to minimize the impact as much as possible, we have decided to open two additional weekly slings for the Middle East, incl. Red Sea. These slings will serve as follows:
