Effective January 01, 2015, unless otherwise specified, a PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE (PSS-2) will apply to ALL cargo moving under the scope of tariff CMDU 043 as shown.
From: All Ports of Load in Asia
To: All U.S. Ports of Discharge
$ 320 per 20′
$ 400 per 40′
$ 450 per 40′ reefer
$ 450 per 40’HC
$ 506 per 45′
$ 640 per 53′

 
Exceptions: This surcharge will not apply to origins in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, and French Polynesia.
This charge will apply to all equipment types which are received and moving under a CMA CGM bill of lading on or after January 01, 2015.
