Dear valued customer,
For and on behalf of our principal MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., Geneva, we like to inform you that the water level of the St. Lawrence River improved. Consequently, MSC terminates the Low Water Surcharge with effect from December 15th, 2014 for all imports via the port of Montreal from North Europe, Mediterranean, Black Sea.
Should the water level once again fall below the required level, MSC reserves the right to re-introduce the Montreal Low Water Surcharge with an appropriate amount.
