The Inter- American Services surcharge fee was revised; please find attached ECA levels effective 1st of April 2015.

· From Latin America, Oceania, Indian Sub-Continent, Middle East & Mediterranean
to/from North Europe/UK excl Baltic and Northern UK – $35/TEU
