RATE RESTORATION INITIATIVE 8 (RRI-08)
ASIA Points of Origin to US Points of Destination
Effective May 1, 2015
Dear Valued Customer,
Effective May 1, 2015, unless otherwise specified, a RATE RESTORATION INITIATIVE 8 will apply to all tariff or service contract rates on all cargo moving under the scope of this tariff.
RATE RESTORATION INITIATIVE 8 applicable as follows:
From: All Asia (includes Far East) Ports of Load
TO: ALL U.S.A. Ports of Discharge
USD 540 per 20′ (all types)
USD 600 per 40′ (all types, except reefers)
USD 675 per 40’HC (all types)
USD 675 per 40′ (reefer types)
USD 760 per 45′ (all types)
USD 960 per 53’* (all types)
*To USWC ports of discharge
Notes:
1) This RRI-08 will apply to tariff rates except when otherwise provided under TLI.
2) Unless otherwise provided and filed in service contract, this RRI-08 is applicable on service contracts including but not limited to those valid for the 2014 contract period (May 1, 2014 – April 30, 2015) if
extended for longer period.
3) The above charges listed are in addition to any existing tariff Rate Restoration Initiative charges.
