Mis-Delivery Fee
Effective February 6, 2016
Dear Valued Customer,
Effective February 6, 2016, CMA CGM (America) LLC will increase the Mis-Delivery Fee to $35 per day.
This charge is imposed when the Motor Carrier redelivers the Chassis to the Provider at a geographical location different from where it was originally accepted, without prior written approval from the Provider, the Motor Carrier agrees to pay the Provider all costs the Provider may incur to return said Chassis to its point of origin, or other location that is no further away than the original delivery location.
The Motor Carrier agrees to pay a Mis-Delivery Fee of $35.00 per day, in addition to the above noted costs,
assessed from the date of improper delivery until the Chassis is delivered to the point of origin or other location that is no further away than the original delivery location.
