Asia-Europe Market – LP4 – MV Hyundai Drive (V.007) – Delayed at Suez Canal – Final Update
Dear Valued Customer,
Further to our advisory dated 21 January 2016, we have been advised by the vessel operator, Hyundai Merchant Marine (HMM), that vessel has completed discharging 325 boxes on 23 January 2016 at 0540 hour (local time).
HMM has advised that a diver inspection was carried out at SCCT. Although vessel was shown to have suffered damage to her ballast tank, she was able to obtain an approval from class for temporary seaworthiness to continue her voyage to Europe. Vessel sailed Port Said on 24 January 2016 at 2050 hour (local time).
