CMA CGM announces a General Rate Restoration on Asia / Mediterranean trades (Westbound)
Dear valued customer,
In order to align CMA CGM pricing policy with the current market environment, CMA CGM hereby informs its valued customers of the implementation of a General Rate Restoration (GRR) in June 2016.
– The 1st of June we will implement the first June GRR of USD 450 /TEU.
– The 15th of June we will implement the second June GRR of USD 450 /TEU.
This General Rate Restoration will be applied as follows:
· Origin Range: from Far East and Japan.
· Destination range: to West Med, Adriatic, East Med, Black Sea and North Africa trades.
· Quantum: USD 450 / TEU to West Med, Adriatic, East Med, Black Sea and North Africa. EUROS 400 / TEU to Syria
· Cargo: Dry cargo, OOG’s, Paying empties, Break-bulk and Reefer cargo.
· Dates of application: 1st of June 2016, bill of lading date & 15th of June 2016 bill of lading date.
