Refer to MOL’s earlier notifications with regards to SOLAS VGM Requirements, please find here in MOL’s updated presentation document which supports new additional items to facilitate accurate and timely VGM submission starting July 1, 2016. To highlight some of the developments, MOL would like to give updates on our listed FAQ items:
1. Terminals List (MOL Operations) on No VGM Gate In policy.
2. MOL’s VGM cut off time starting July 1, 2016 and during the implementations interim period.
3. How to handle VGM discrepancy, possible consequence from failing to meet VGM, etc.
