| Dear Valued Customer,Please be informed of the following changes to the General Rate Increase (GRI) that was communicated on 1 July 2016. The GRI is effective from 1 August 2016 and will be applied to all Tariff and Service Contract rates within the following scope:
Origins: Middle East, West Asia Destinations: Canada, USA (except Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands)
