Master Bill of Lading required for Shipment Inbound Pakistan

As a trade facilitator, APL endeavors to help our customers move their cargo across the globe seamlessly.

We would like to remind our customers with shipment inbound to Pakistan that a Master Bill of Lading is compulsory for customs clearance. The State Bank of Pakistan has further tightened its enforcement and will no longer accept Sea Waybill as a document for negotiation against import letter of credit or remittance against imports into the country.

As such, please ensure to submit the Master Bill of Lading for all your shipments inbound to Pakistan.
