NYK postpones GRI Euro Asia to Dec. 1st.

  It started as a GRI of USD 150 per TEU effective October 1st, was then reduced to USD 100 per TEU and delayed to November 1st. Now it is postponed again at USD 100 per TEU effective December 1st... Will see, if it will happen.
