Due to the increasing volatility of freight rates, there is a need to simplify our quotations and invoices in order to improve the quality of our service, which in turn leads us to review the “Forwarding Agent’s Commission” system.
Please note that as from January 1st, 2017, the freight rates in the European markets [North Continent, UK, Scandinavia, Baltic, West Med, East Med] to North America (US, Canada and Mexico) are quoted and invoiced on net basis, therefore the Forwarding Agent Commission (FAC) is no longer be applied.
