CHANGE IN HAZARDOUS ACCEPTANCE POLICY FOR UN3190 & UN3077 WASTE
Effective January 26, 2017
Dear Valued Customer,
Due to the inherent risks involved in the transportation of UN3190 and UN3077 as Waste, CMA CGM has decided to no longer accept bookings of these hazardous waste commodities.
Bookings of Non-Waste, UN3190 can only be accepted in quantities of 1000 kg total net weight per container, Excepted Quantities, or as empty/uncleaned packaging, to include tanks.
** All applicable rates, surcharges, and rules, including, where applicable, mandatory pricing elements under EU commitments can be located in the applicable Governing Tariffs.
