Diversion of Cargo
Effective June 1, 2016
Dear Valued Customer,
Effective June 1 2016, CMA CGM (America) LLC will adjust the Diversion of Cargo Charge to $300 per bill of lading.
If cargo is in CMA-CGM possession at Port of Load or at sea at time of Diversion Request, an administrative fee of US $300 per Bill of Lading will apply, except for Reefer Cargo. Reefer cargo will be assessed an administrative charge of $500.00 per Bill of Lading for diversion of cargo.
