General Rate Increase (GRI) All Asia to/via USA
Effective May 1, 2016
Dear Valued Customer,
Effective May 1, 2016, unless otherwise specified, A GENERAL RATE INCREASE (GRI) will apply to tariff or service contract rates on all cargo moving under the scope of this tariff.

FROM: Bangladesh Ports of Load
TO: ALL U.S.A. Ports of Discharge and inland points via said ports
USD 1080 per 20′ (all types)
USD 1200 per 40′ (all types)
USD 1350 per 40’HC (all types)
USD 1350 per 40′ (reefer types)
USD 1520 per 45′ (all types)
USD 1920 per 53’* (all types)
*Ports of discharge: Long Beach/Los Angeles
This GRI will not apply to origins in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Caledonia, and French Polynesia.
This charge will apply to all equipment which are received and moving under a CMA CGM bill of lading on or after May 1, 2016.
