Inland Transport Conditions

 
Effective June 1, 2016

 
Dear Valued Customer,

 
Effective June 1 2016, if CMA CGM (America) LLC arranges an In bond I.T. (In-transit Entry) for U.S. import shipment via Rail service or to a foreign trade zone and the merchant requests to have the In bond (I.T.) cancelled, but the intermodal move remains, a service fee of USD 25.00 per cancelled in bond (I.T.) will be assessed.
