CARRIER SECURITY CHARGE (CAS)
Effective From: September 3, 2016
Carrier Security Charge (CAS) is associated with the Carrier’s compliance to the ISPS code on vessel and
container security measures.

A Carrier Security Charge (CAS) will be applicable on all cargo moving from or via ports in the Hamburg-Le Havre range, the United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Republic Of Eire, in Scandinavia and Baltic Sea whether in direct service or transshipment via ports in the Hamburg-Le Havre Range or United Kingdom.

The charge will be assessed on a per container basis as follows:

Ports in Germany                       EUR 4.00

PORT SECURITY CHARGES AT LOAD PORT (PSL)
Effective From: September 9, 2016
In compliance with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) a port terminal security charge will be applicable as follows:

From North European countries:
A Port Security Charge (PSL) is applicable to all cargo moving From or Via ports of loading in the Hamburg – Le Havre range, The United Kingdom including Northern Ireland, Republic Of Eire, In Scandinavia and Baltic Sea whether in direct service or transshipment Via Ports In The Hamburg-Le Havre Range Or United Kingdom.

The charge will be assessed on a per container basis (except as otherwise provided) as follows:

Origin country Belarus                  EUR 10.00
Ports in Iceland                             EUR 10.00

NOTE:
This charge will be levied against the cargo by the carrier on behalf of the marine terminal operator.

To be paid by party paying CST (Container Service Charge).
