Dear Customer,

 

 
In a continued effort to provide you with a high level of service and uninterrupted services and equipment supply Hapag-Lloyd announces an increased FAK (Freight All Kinds) rate for all cargoes for standard container types on eastbound trade from North Continent and Mediterranean to Indian Subcontinent and Middle East.

 

 
Valid from October 1, 2016 Hapag-Lloyd’s FAK rate from North Continent, subject to applicable surcharges will be:
 To Nhava Sheva / Mundra: USD 875 per 20‘GP & USD 1300 per 40‘GP / 40‘HC
 To Jebel Ali / Jeddah: USD 775 per 20‘GP & USD 1100 per 40‘GP / 40‘HC

 

 
Valid from October 1, 2016 Hapag-Lloyd’s FAK rate from West Mediterranean, subject to applicable surcharges will be:
 To Nhava Sheva / Mundra: USD 500 per 20‘GP & USD 800 per 40‘GP / 40‘HC
 To Jebel Ali / Jeddah: USD 550 per 20‘GP & USD 850 per 40‘GP / 40‘HC

 

 
Valid from October 1, 2016 Hapag-Lloyd’s FAK rate from East Mediterranean, Black Sea and North Africa, subject to applicable surcharges will be:
 To Nhava Sheva / Mundra: USD 650 per 20‘GP & USD 1000 per 40‘GP / 40‘HC
 To Jebel Ali / Jeddah: USD 700 per 20‘GP & USD 950 per 40‘GP / 40‘HC

 

 
Foregoing is applicable for all shipments from North Europe and Mediterranean to all Indian Subcontinent and Middle East destinations. Out ports will be subject to the prevailing transport additional in Europe and in Asia.

 

 
North Europe comprises North West Continent, the U.K., Scandinavia, Baltic and European ports of Russia.

 

 

Mediterranean comprises the West Mediterranean, East Mediterranean, Black Sea and North Africa.

 

 
Indian Subcontinent comprises the West Coast ports of India (Nhava Sheva, Mundra, Delhi) and all inland container depot (ICD) locations moving via the ports of Nhava Sheva, Mundra, East and South Coast India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

 

 
Middle East comprises Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
