New Service to and from Cuba

Dear Customer,
It is a pleasure to announce the new Hapag-Lloyd service to Cuba.
As from November 11, 2015 we are glad to be able offer in our network a service to and from Cuba and to start accept bookings in order to offer you an alternative to reach this new developing market.
Due to the fact that the US Cuba Sanction Laws are still in force and effect and strictly adhered to by Hapag-Lloyd, we are unable to accept any bookings from and to the US including Puerto Rico, Mexico and Canada.
Based on our mainline service routes there will be one transshipment port, Cartagena, Colombia to connect to Cuba directly on a weekly basis.
