Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that with effect from January 1, 2016 Hapag-Lloyd will implement a Winter Surcharge for all shipments to and from Rostov in Russia due to additional costs related to serving this port as a result of harsh weather, convoy restrictions, ice conditions, etc.:
USD 60 per TEU in all Trades
This will be valid until further notice.
