Simplification of Export and Import Email Business Addresses
Based on customer feedback and as part of our ongoing efforts to deliver a fast, reliable and efficient customer service experience, we would like to inform our customers in Australia that effective 25 May our export and import email business addresses will be simplified further.
Effective 25 May 2015, the email addresses AustraliaBookings@maersk.com will be decommissioned. For any export related queries or manual bookings requests, please direct them to au.export@maersk.com
Effective 25 May 2015, the email addresses AustraliaImports@maersk.com will be decommissioned. For any import related queries, please direct them to au.import@maersk.com
Our Customer Service representatives will do their very best to mitigate any impact to our customers and ensure the transition to the new business addresses is as seamless as possible.
