Subject: Delay of MOL Brilliance on LP1 Service [Update (No. 1)]

Please be advised that the MOL-operated containership, MOL Brilliance, sailing on the LP1 service, will be delayed because the vessel made contact with a container barge alongside at Tan Chang – Cai Mep International Terminal on December 17, 2016 after departure from the berth.

While damage from the incident is still under investigation, there was no oil pollution and no crew was injured.

The MOL Brilliance is now staying at Cai Mep for investigation. We are closely monitoring the situation and we will provide further schedule updates upon availability.
