For and on behalf of our principal MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A., Geneva, we like to inform you that with immediate effect a new website is available allowing you to check the ACI filings status for your shipments to Canada.

To be able to register to access our Website displaying filings information, you have to send a registration request to linkmscnetregistrations@msccanada.ca.

Canadian Customs will still issue Do Not Load for any missing or incorrect NVOCC filings and you do not have any visibility in our system prior transmission is done.

This report will allow to check/follow up on your cargo as soon as transmission is done and Do Not Load issued – it will help to follow up ACI filings to get cancellations if any DNL issued.

As a reminder, please make sure you file your shipments to Canada in compliance with Customs Regulations to avoid any fines/consequences, Do Not Load, Roll over and additional charges.

Canadian Customs do not care which vessel you file on as they make the match against MSC BL information – you are not obliged to do your filing on mother vessel calling Canada.

ACI filings could be done in advance on the first loading vessel and you are responsible to follow up that filing is well done, with correct CCN number, prior to deadline.
We would appreciate if you register to our Website in order to follow up your filings and hope that this will help to avoid DNL or other consequences which are due to wrong or missing filings.
